How do I pick the right size?
Measure your pet lying down from nose to the base of the tail, then add 6–12 inches. Match that to the size chart above, organised by weight and example breeds. If your pet falls between two sizes, go up — nobody has ever complained a bed was too roomy.
Is the cover really removable and washable?
Yes. The plush cover comes off with a hidden zip along the base seam. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. The foam base wipes clean separately with a damp cloth.
Will my pet actually use it?
The raised sides are the reason they do — enclosed edges read as safe rather than exposed. Place it where your pet already naps and most settle in within minutes. If yours is the exception, our 30-day guarantee covers you.
How long does shipping take?
US and Canada orders arrive in 8–14 business days with free shipping. Order by December 5 for Christmas delivery. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
