Which size should I choose?
Measure your dog's back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail — that's the most reliable guide — then check the chest measurement in the size guide. If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger one: the collar and belly flap adjust for a snug wrap. Not sure? Email us the measurements and we'll help you pick.
Will it fit a really big dog?
Yes. It comes in 7 sizes, from XS for toy breeds up to 3XL for giant dogs of 50–60 kg (110–132 lb), with a back length of up to 95 cm (37.4 in).
How does it dry my dog?
The plush microfiber pulls water out of the coat on contact. Put it on right after the bath, swim or walk and let your dog relax for a while — it keeps absorbing while they move, and keeps them warm at the same time. For thick double coats you can give a quick towel rub first.
Is it hard to put on?
Not at all. Slip the collar over the head, wrap the belly flap under the chest and press it onto the hook-and-loop strips on the back. It takes about 10 seconds.
How do I wash it?
It's machine washable. Wash it before the first use and wash dark colors separately. Close the hook-and-loop strips before washing so they don't catch other fabrics.
