Does GeckoPounce™ work on every surface?
It is designed for clean, dry and smooth indoor surfaces such as smooth painted walls, glass, mirrors, tile, suitable smooth ceilings and hard floors. It is not recommended for carpet, fabric, brick, porous cement or heavily textured walls.
Is the gecko rechargeable?
Yes. The gecko unit charges with the included USB Type-C cable. Confirm the controller’s exact battery requirement with your supplier before publishing it.
Does it move automatically?
The included remote lets you guide its movement, change direction and adapt the chase to your cat.
Can it move directly from the floor onto a wall?
Floor and wall play may require different settings or placement. Select the correct mode and place it directly on the surface where play will begin.
Can it be used on a ceiling?
It may operate on suitable clean, dry and smooth ceilings. Test the grip carefully and avoid using it above fragile objects, people or pets.
Should my cat use it without supervision?
No. GeckoPounce™ is designed for supervised interactive play. Stop if your cat begins chewing or damaging the toy and store it safely after use.
